Dynagas LNG Partners L.P. Announces Completion of Acquisition of Yenisei River 26 Sep 2014 ATHENS, Greece – September 26, 2014 - Dynagas LNG Partners LP (NasdaqGS: “DLNG”) (“Dynagas Partners” or the “Partnership”), an owner and operator of LNG carriers, today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of 100% of the ownership interests in the entity that owns and operates the Yenisei River, a 2013 built ice class liquefied natural gas carrier, and the related time charter contract with Gazprom Global LNG Limited, for an aggregate purchase price of $257.5 million.
