Corporate Overview
Dynagas LNG Partners LP is a master limited partnership. Our Sponsor, Dynagas Holding Ltd., holds a significant ownership interest and controls our General Partner, Dynagas GP LLC, which manages the affairs of the Partnership. Day-to-day commercial and technical operation of our vessels is provided by our Manager, Dynagas Ltd. - an experienced LNG operator - under management agreements. Our common and preferred units are held by public unitholders and trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols DLNG and DLNG PR A. |
